## ما هو راقب؟ / What is Raqib?

موقع مجتمعي مجاني يقارن الخصم المعلن في متجر سعودي بسجل سعر المنتج نفسه، ويريك أين يباع المنتج نفسه بسعر أقل. والقرار لك.

A free community site that compares a Saudi store's announced discount with the product's own price history, and shows where the same product is cheaper. The decision is yours.

## هل هو مجاني؟ / Is it free?

نعم، بالكامل. راقب لا يأخذ عمولة من المتاجر وليس فيه روابط تسويق، فلا يستطيع أي متجر أن يدفع ليبدو أفضل.

Yes, completely. Raqib takes no commission from stores and has no affiliate links, so no store can pay to look better.

## من وراء راقب؟ / Who is behind it?

مشروع سعودي مستقل، غير تابع لأي متجر. الأسعار من صفحات المتاجر العامة نفسها.

An independent Saudi project, not affiliated with any store. Prices come from the stores' own public pages.

## كيف تقارنون الخصم بسجل الأسعار؟ / How do you compare a discount with the price history?

نسجّل سعر المنتج باستمرار، ثم نقارن السعر الجديد بالأسعار التي سجّلناها له من قبل، لا بسعر «قبل» الذي يعرضه المتجر وحده. نذكر ما رأيناه، والقرار لك.

We record the product's price continuously, then compare the new price with the prices we recorded before, not only with the "was" price the store shows. We state what we saw; the decision is yours.

## ماذا تعني العبارات بجانب السعر؟ / What do the labels next to the price mean?

أقل من سعره المعتاد: السعر الآن أقل من السعر الذي سجّلناه له معظم الوقت. خصم أقل من المعلن: السعر أقل من المعتاد، لكن بفارق أقل مما يعلنه المتجر. السعر «قبل» نادر في سجلنا: سجّلنا السعر المعلن قبل الخصم في أيام قليلة فقط، أو ارتفع السعر قبل الخصم بقليل. هذه قراءة لسجل السعر، لا اتهام.

Below its usual price: now below the price we recorded for it most of the time. Smaller than announced: below usual, but by less than the store announces. 'Before' price rarely seen: we recorded the announced 'before' price on only a few days, or the price rose shortly before the discount. It is a reading of the price history, not an accusation.

## لماذا لا يظهر حكم على الخصم بعد؟ / Why is there no discount verdict yet?

المنتج جديد علينا. نحتاج 14 يومًا على الأقل من الأسعار قبل الحكم على الخصم، ونحو 30 يومًا قبل أن نقول إن كان الوقت مناسبًا للشراء.

The product is new to us. We need at least 14 days of prices before we judge a discount, and about 30 days before we say whether now is a good time to buy.

## هل الأسعار تشمل الضريبة؟ / Do prices include VAT?

نعم، كل الأسعار تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة 15%، إلا في المتاجر التي لا تحتسبها (ومكتوب ذلك بجانب السعر).

Yes, all prices include 15% VAT, except at stores that don't charge VAT (marked next to the price).

## كم مرة تفحصون الأسعار؟ / How often are prices checked?

المنتجات التي يتغير سعرها كثيرًا كل 6 ساعات، والبقية بين مرتين في اليوم ومرة كل 3 أيام. وقت «آخر فحص» مكتوب على كل منتج.

Products whose price changes often every 6 hours, the rest between twice a day and once every 3 days. The "last checked" time is on every product.

## السعر في المتجر مختلف. لماذا؟ / The price on the store is different. Why?

قد يتغير السعر بين فحصين، وبعض المتاجر تعرض أسعارًا مختلفة حسب المدينة أو للأعضاء. السعر المعتمد هو سعر المتجر عند الدفع.

Prices can change between checks, and some stores show different prices by city or for members. The store's price at checkout is what counts.

## كيف أتحقق من منتج؟ / How do I check a product?

الصق رابط المنتج في مربع البحث، أو اكتب rqb.app/ قبل رابط المتجر في شريط العنوان.

Paste the product link into the search box, or put rqb.app/ in front of the store link in your browser's address bar.

## كيف تعمل التنبيهات؟ / How do alerts work?

اضغط «نبّهني» في صفحة المنتج. ننبّهك عندما ينخفض السعر أو ينزل عن سعره المعتاد، مرة كل 12 ساعة على الأكثر، ولا نرسل ليلًا (من 10 مساءً إلى 8 صباحًا بتوقيت السعودية).

Tap "Notify me" on a product. We tell you when the price drops or goes below its usual price, at most once every 12 hours, and never at night (10 pm to 8 am Saudi time).

## ماذا تجمعون عني؟ / What do you collect?

لا شيء لتبحث أو تتصفح. بريدك فقط إن اخترت تنبيهات البريد أو سجّلت الدخول. لا إعلانات ولا متتبّعات.

Nothing to search or browse. Your email only if you choose email alerts or sign in. No ads, no trackers.

## وجدت سعرًا خاطئًا. كيف أبلغ؟ / I found a wrong price. How do I report it?
